Organizational structure
UniCoN operates under the leadership of a 7-member Board of Directors (BoD) and a 5-member Senior Management Team. The roles and responsibilities of these bodies are governed by established by-laws. The Board provides strategic oversight and guidance, while the Senior Management Team handles day-to-day operations.
The organization is structured into several program-specific departments, including Human Resources, Administration and Finance, Program, and Research. These departments are driven by a strong commitment to community engagement and participation, ensuring local ownership and the long-term sustainability of development initiatives.
