Binod is a specialist in Community Development and community leadership projects.

Began his career on the social field working as community facilitator as a part of a “Gender Mainstreaming and Social Inclusion Project” for four years. After that, now counting with 12 years of experience on the field, he has been working as a project officer in local NGO’s slowly stepping into high responsibility positions as project coordinator and project manager.

As a result of all his experiences Binod decided to create United Community Nepal in order to bring innovative development projects to the communities of Gandaki Province, Pokhara.
